The Essentials
Baking Is A Science ~ Measuring Ensures Consistency!
All of the recipes rely on measuring the ingredients using metric measurements, where liquid ingredients are measured in milliliters (ml) or liters (l) and dry ingredients are measured in grams (g) or kiligrams (kg). Certain dry ingredients, like spices, still make use of the teaspoon and tablespoon measurements as there quantities are too small to be accurately measured. Measuring ensures that a recipe can be replicated successfully every time.
