Microwave Rocky Road Fudge

Ingredients

  • 300 ml sweetened condensed milk
  • 336 g semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1 tsp pure vanilla extract
  • 60 g miniature marshmallows
  • 50 g chopped walnuts

Instructions

  • Line a 20 cm square pan with parchment paper making sure it extends over the sides.
  • In a large microwaveable bowl, combine the condensed milk and chocolate chips and microwave on HIGH for 1½ to 1¾ minutes until melted. Stir once half-way through.

  • Add the vanilla and stir in the marshmallows and chopped walnuts.
    1 tsp pure vanilla extract, 60 g miniature marshmallows, 50 g chopped walnuts
  • Pour into the prepared pan and refrigerate until set.
  • When set, remove fudge from pan and cut into squares. Store in a covered airtight container in the the refrigerator.
