Microwave Rocky Road Fudge

Ingredients
- 300 ml sweetened condensed milk
- 336 g semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1 tsp pure vanilla extract
- 60 g miniature marshmallows
- 50 g chopped walnuts
Instructions
- Line a 20 cm square pan with parchment paper making sure it extends over the sides.
- In a large microwaveable bowl, combine the condensed milk and chocolate chips and microwave on HIGH for 1½ to 1¾ minutes until melted. Stir once half-way through.300 ml sweetened condensed milk, 336 g semi-sweet chocolate chips
- Add the vanilla and stir in the marshmallows and chopped walnuts.1 tsp pure vanilla extract, 60 g miniature marshmallows, 50 g chopped walnuts
- Pour into the prepared pan and refrigerate until set.
- When set, remove fudge from pan and cut into squares. Store in a covered airtight container in the the refrigerator.
