
Microwave White Chocolate Cranberry Fudge

Ingredients
- 680 g white chocolate chips
- 300 ml sweetened condensed milk
- 1 tsp pure vanilla extract
- 170 g dried cranberries (roughly chopped)
- ⅛ tsp salt
- christmas sprinkles
Instructions
- Line a 20 cm square pan with parchment paper making sure it extends over the sides.
- In a large microwaveable bowl, combine the white chocolate chips and sweetened condensed milk, and microwave on HIGH for 1 minute.680 g white chocolate chips, 300 ml sweetened condensed milk
- Stir well to combine, allowing the heat to melt the chocolate chips.
- Return to microwave for another 30 seconds until the chocolate is completely melted and smooth.
- Stir in the vanilla extract, dried cranberries and salt and quickly transfer the mixture to the prepared pan and spread evenly.1 tsp pure vanilla extract, 170 g dried cranberries, ⅛ tsp salt
- Top the fudge with the christmas sprinnkles, lightly pressing them so they stick.christmas sprinkles
- Refrigerate until set.
- When set, remove fudge from pan and cut into squares. Store in a covered airtight container in the the refrigerator.
