Gingerbread Fudge

Ingredients

  • 340 g white chocolate (melted)
  • 240 ml sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 tsp ground nutmeg
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1 tsp ground ginger
  • 15 g christmas sprinkles (divided into 10 g and 5 gl)

Instructions

  • Line a 20 cm square pan with parchment paper making sure it extends over the sides.
  • In a large bowl, mix together the melted white chocolate and sweetened condensed milk.

  • Add the nutmeg, cinnamon and ground ginger, and stir until well combined.

  • Stir in 10 g of the christmas sprinkles.
    15 g christmas sprinkles
  • Transfer the mixture to the prepared pan and level the top with an offset spatula.
  • Sprinkle the remaining christmas sprinkles over the top.
  • Refrigerate until set
  • When set, remove fudge from the pan and cut into squares. Store in a covered air tight container in the refrigerator
