
Gingerbread Fudge

Ingredients
- 340 g white chocolate (melted)
- 240 ml sweetened condensed milk
- 1 tsp ground nutmeg
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1 tsp ground ginger
- 15 g christmas sprinkles (divided into 10 g and 5 gl)
Instructions
- Line a 20 cm square pan with parchment paper making sure it extends over the sides.
- In a large bowl, mix together the melted white chocolate and sweetened condensed milk.340 g white chocolate, 240 ml sweetened condensed milk
- Add the nutmeg, cinnamon and ground ginger, and stir until well combined.1 tsp ground nutmeg, 1 tsp ground cinnamon, 1 tsp ground ginger
- Stir in 10 g of the christmas sprinkles.15 g christmas sprinkles
- Transfer the mixture to the prepared pan and level the top with an offset spatula.
- Sprinkle the remaining christmas sprinkles over the top.
- Refrigerate until set
- When set, remove fudge from the pan and cut into squares. Store in a covered air tight container in the refrigerator
