Line a 20 cm square pan with parchment paper making sure it extends over the sides.
In a large bowl, mix together the melted white chocolate and sweetened condensed milk.
340 g white chocolate, 240 ml sweetened condensed milk
Add the nutmeg, cinnamon and ground ginger, and stir until well combined.
1 tsp ground nutmeg, 1 tsp ground cinnamon, 1 tsp ground ginger
Stir in 10 g of the christmas sprinkles.
15 g christmas sprinkles
Transfer the mixture to the prepared pan and level the top with an offset spatula.
Sprinkle the remaining christmas sprinkles over the top.
Refrigerate until set
When set, remove fudge from the pan and cut into squares. Store in a covered air tight container in the refrigerator
